Q. How do I log into my subscription account? 

A. You can log in by going to out subscription login page by clicking here. Once logged in, click 'manage my subscription'.

Q. How do I pause, skip or cancel my subscription?

A. Once logged into your account, click onto manage subscription tab (See above). This will bring you onto your individual subscription page. Here, you will be able to change your subscription, delivery schedule, address and billing information. 

Q. How do I change what coffee is delivered to me?

A. To swap your subscription coffee with another from our range, just send us an email on Hello@kaphibeans.co.uk and our staff will arrange this for you. We are updating our website, and this feature should soon be available within your account.
