Subscription Terms and Conditions

Dear coffee lover, welcome Kaphi Beans Coffee!

Here you’ll find all the details you need to ensure that you understand how our subscription service works and the nature of our relationship with you as our customer. Be sure to pour yourself a fresh brew before you get stuck in, as some bits can be a little dry.

Minimum subscription term

Our subscription has a minimum term of 3 months or 3 charges, whichever comes first, after which you can cancel. During your subscription period, you can skip, pause or reschedule deliveries whenever you want through the My Account page of our website.

Cancellation and Amendment

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time after 3 months or 3 charges. Cancellation requests and amendments to your subscription should be made via the My Account pages of our website.

We can accept cancellation/amendment request up to 11:59pm on the day before your next delivery. Should you wish to make changes after, we cannot guarantee that these will be processed in time for your next delivery. Please contact us via email at hello@kaphibeans.co.uk and we will try our best to help.

Orders and Billing

By submitting an order you are entering a contract to buy products from us. Receipt of your order will be automatically acknowledged by us via an email from our website. You can find full details of your current and previous orders and subscriptions by clicking on the My Account section of our website.

Payments

For recurring monthly subscription orders payment for the first delivery will be taken when you place your order. Your subscription will then automatically renew at the frequency you request and you will be billed again on the day of dispatch of your next order. We will continue to bill you by your chosen payment method until you cancel your scheduled renewal payments.

If you choose to cancel your renewal payments we will deliver the coffee that has already been paid for, but we will not renew your subscription and you will not be charged again.

Dispatch & Delivery

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We do not dispatch any orders over the weekend. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.

All deliveries are free for subscription orders. We ship our orders via royal mail 48h or Hermes standard delivery.
